Blue Moon Brewing Company Belgian White
6 pack 12 oz.
A wheat beer brewed with orange peel for a subtle sweetness and bright, citrus aroma.
You'll notice a zesty orange fruitiness with a light spicy wheat aroma. The flavor starts crisp and tangy and ends with a coriander and orange spiciness. The Valencia orange peel gives a subtle sweetness to the beer. The oats give the beer a nice creamy body, so it's not too thin. Has a slow finish of coriander and orange spiciness.
The beer's light, spicy citrus flavors pair well with seafood such as grilled shrimp, Asian dishes like pad thai, and marinated chicken dishes.
Hazy apricot color; pours with a significant head that subsides fast and leaves no lacing. Prominent orange aromas with hints of coriander and cardamom. Medium-full in the mouth with orange rind backed by hints of banana, brioche and subtle hops. Good carbonation and strong malt flavoring; somewhat sweeter than typical, but very satisfying.
